LTG made a beginning in the year 1999 became partnership firm in the year 2006 as LTG constructions, later the company as registered with registrar of companies Govt. of India as LTG Constructions Private Limited to function professionally and to have organised structure. Then the company name has been changed to LTG Consultancy Pvt Ltd to expand its wings to be in the main stream of Infrastructure and Housing Sector. To meet the huge opportunities in the field of Infrastructure and housing sector globally the company decided to go public and converted as "LTG Consultancy Pvt Ltd" effect from 26/05/2016.

LTG has developed many Residential Layouts, independent villas and commercial buildings in and around Bangalore since 1999 and some prominent ones among them is LTG Enclave at Yelahanka, Varaha Residency I & II, Varaha Enclave all in and around Yelahanka and Baglur Cross.

LTG has successfully developed and completed 101.14 1/2 acres of Residential Township in association with L&C Builders and Developers, managed by LTG Consultancy Pvt Ltd which is a prestigious JV project with Karnataka Housing Board approved by Govt. of Karnataka recently, called "KHB —L& C Silicon City " which comprises of 23 lakh sq. ft ( Residential Plots, Apartments, and Commercial plots) of various dimensions of totally 1,296 plots of which 10% is reserved for EWS, 15% for LIG and remaining 75% for MIG and HIG categories which has obtained good response from aspirants of housing sector belongs to Banks, Public sector Companies, BSNL Housing Society and Corporate World.
